HOW LONG DO THE EVENTS LAST ?
Our speed dating events last three hours, and our mixers last up to five hours.

WHAT ARE LOCK-AND-KEY MIXERS ?
The Lock-and-Key mixer is a sophisticated and interactive alternative to traditional speed dating, presented as a premier experience for our community of discerning professionals. Upon arrival, women receive a small lock and men a key, which serves as a graceful icebreaker. This simple game encourages you to circulate and connect. The true value is not in finding the lock or key, but in the effortless conversations this activity sparks. When you find a lock and key that fit, simply head to a designated table to get a new set. This ensures the activity keeps you engaged and mingling with a variety of like-minded individuals throughout the evening in a relaxed and refined setting.

​​​​HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL ATTEND ?
You can expect a maximum of 20 participants at our speed dating events and between 50 and 100 people at our mixers.​
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE ?
The ticket price of 45 € includes a welcome drink and finger food.

​WILL THERE BE AN EQUAL NUMBER OF MEN AND WOMEN ?
We meticulously plan each event to ensure an almost balanced ratio of men to women, maximizing the chance of success for all attendees. While we can't guarantee an exact 50/50 split, our goal is always to keep the numbers as balanced as possible.

WHAT INFORMATION IS GIVEN TO MY MATCHES ?
We only share your first name and email with your matches.​​
WHAT IS THE AGE RANGE FOR YOUR EVENTS ?
Our events are exclusively for people aged 35 to 55. This age range allows us to create a curated experience with the highest chance of success, based on the high interest and demand we receive.​
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND TICKET TRANSFERS ?
Our events are carefully planned to ensure a nearly equal gender balance for all participants, and last-minute changes significantly impact the experience for other paying attendees. For this reason, we do not offer refunds if you cancel your booking, do not cancel, or do not show up at an event. We ask that you notify us of a cancellation via e-mail at dating@minutedating.eu. A refund is only issued if we, as the event organizer, are forced to cancel the event.
However, we understand that plans can change. As a courtesy, we offer a ticket transfer option to help you attend a future event. To maintain a fair and high-quality experience for all participants, these transfers are subject to the following conditions:

You must submit a request to transfer your ticket via e-mail to dating@minutedating.eu at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the original event. Please be aware that due to the careful planning required to maintain gender balance, we are unable to process any transfer requests submitted less than 48 hours before the event. To streamline the process, your email request must include your full name, the email and age used for the original booking, the original booking date, and the desired new event date.

A single ticket may only be transferred to another event once. If you successfully transfer your ticket and then fail to attend the new event, the ticket will be considered used and will have no further value.

An individual is limited to a maximum of two ticket transfers per calendar year. This limit applies whether you transfer the ticket for yourself to a new date or transfer it to another person.

The transferred ticket will be valid for a future event of the same type (e.g., speed dating ticket for a speed dating event) and must be used within 6 months of the original event date.

Transferring to another person is allowed only if the new attendee is of the same gender as the original ticket holder and meets any specific age criteria for the event. The original ticket holder is responsible for providing all necessary information for the new attendee in their transfer request email.

CAN I BUY A TICKET ON-SITE ?
Since we need to know who's attending in advance to ensure an almost equal ratio of men and women, we are unable to accept payments on-site. All participation requires a pre-booked ticket to guarantee your spot and maintain the quality of the event for all attendees.

He founded Minute Dating after experiencing a poorly run and uninspired event, recognizing the need for a curated space where professionals could connect authentically. Paul's passion for fostering genuine human connections, whether through his love for Bachata and travel or his expertise in communication, is the driving force behind our community. He is dedicated to ensuring that every event offers the high-quality experience he knew was missing.
