Terms & Conditions

This document outlines the terms and conditions for booking and attending events organised by Minute Dating by Veylston Sarl-S. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms in full.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Ticket Transfers

As our premium and exclusive events are meticulously curated to ensure a near-equal gender balance, each confirmed registration is integral to the event's structure. Consequently, any cancellation directly affects this balance and the overall quality of the experience for all attendees. For this reason, we do not offer refunds if you cancel your booking, do not cancel, or do not show up at an event. We ask that you notify us of a cancellation via e-mail at dating@minutedating.eu. A refund is only issued if we, as the event organizer, are forced to cancel the event.

To ensure fairness and clarity, our policy is structured into three tiers:

1. Early Cancellations (More than 48 hours' notice)

This is the only scenario where the value of your ticket can be retained via a transfer. This courtesy is subject to the following strict conditions:

  • You must submit a request to transfer your ticket via e-mail to dating@minutedating.eu at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event. To streamline the process, your email request must include your full name, the email and age used for the original booking, the original booking date, and the desired new event date.

  • A single ticket may only be transferred to another event once. If you successfully transfer your ticket and then fail to attend the new event, the ticket will be considered used and will have no further value.

  • An individual is limited to a maximum of two ticket transfers per calendar year. This limit applies whether you transfer the ticket for yourself to a new date or transfer it to another person.

  • The transferred ticket will be valid for a future event of the same type (e.g., speed dating ticket for a speed dating event) and must be used within 6 months of the original event date.

  • Transferring to another person is allowed only if the new attendee is of the same gender as the original ticket holder and meets any specific age criteria for the event. The original ticket holder is responsible for providing all necessary information for the new attendee in their transfer request email.

2. Late Cancellations (Less than 48 hours' notice)

Please be aware that due to the careful planning required to maintain gender balance, we are unable to process any transfer requests submitted less than 48 hours before the event. If you provide cancellation notice within this 48-hour window, your ticket is fully forfeited.

3. No-Shows (Failure to attend without notice)

A 'no-show' is defined as an attendee who does not attend a booked event without providing any prior email notification.

  • Immediate Consequence: The ticket is immediately and fully forfeited.

  • Penalties for Repeat No-Shows: Out of fairness to our community, we enforce the following progressive penalty system.

To ensure this policy is applied fairly, we follow a clear three-strike system for no-shows within a calendar year:

  • First No-Show: You will receive a formal written warning via email, reminding you of this policy and stating that a second no-show will result in a temporary suspension of your attendance privileges.

  • Second No-Show: You will receive a notice of temporary suspension via email. Effective immediately, you will be temporarily suspended from attending our premium and exclusive events for 90 days. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any bookings made for events scheduled within this 90-day period.

  • Third and Final No-Show: You will receive a notice of permanent attendance restriction. Effective immediately and definitively, you will be permanently restricted from attending our premium and exclusive events. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any future bookings made by a restricted individual.

The strike count for members with one or two no-shows resets to zero at the beginning of each calendar year (on January 1st). A permanent attendance restriction is final and does not reset.

We understand that genuine emergencies can occur, and we encourage you to contact us directly in such rare situations so we can note it accordingly.
