Welcome to Minute Dating. Our mission is to provide a safe, respectful, and professional environment for internationals and locals to expand their social circles. To protect the quality of our events, all attendees must adhere to this Social Protocol:

1. Sincere Social Intent and Age Honesty

Minute Dating is a community for professionals looking to build meaningful social connections. Our events are not a platform for casual hook-ups or aggressive solicitation. Attendees are expected to share the common goal of respectful social expansion. To maintain these standards and ensure a high-quality experience within a specific generational cluster, all attendees must be aged 35 to 55 and provide honest information regarding their age. Deceptive signaling regarding age or intent is a violation of our community standards and will result in immediate removal and attendance restriction as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

2. English as the Primary Bridge Language

To ensure inclusive interactions for our diverse community, all participants must be fluent in English. Every attendee confirms their linguistic eligibility during the checkout process. English serves as the primary bridge language to ensure that everyone in the room can connect effortlessly. All participants must be able to communicate effectively in English to ensure the quality of the interactions for the entire group. While participants are free to converse in other shared languages if a mutual preference is identified, the ability to communicate effectively in English is a mandatory requirement for participation in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

3. Respect for Time and Punctuality

Our events are a synchronised group experience. Punctuality and registration discipline are signs of professional respect for your fellow attendees. To ensure ratio security and precise operational coordination with our partner venues, all registrations must be completed through our website before our strict 24-hour booking deadline, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Arriving after 19:30 or attempting to register last-minute disrupts the synchronised rotations for the entire community and is considered a violation of our community standards, resulting indenied entry and ticket forfeiture.

4. Community Rules

Respect Personal Boundaries: Aggressive behaviour, unwanted advances, or any form of intimidation is strictly forbidden.
Professional Communication: Language that is sexually explicit, suggestive, insulting, discriminatory, or racist will not be tolerated.
Privacy Guard: To protect the professional discretion and anonymity of our community, the use of cameras or recording devices is strictly forbidden. Taking photos or videos of other attendees, the private interaction space, or confidential community documents (including the attendee list or other participants' matching sheets) is a severe violation of this protocol. Participants are permitted to record only their own matching sheet for personal reference, provided no other attendees or their private data are captured in frame.
Organiser Commitment: We maintain an environment of absolute privacy; no imagery of participants is captured or utilised by the organiser for any marketing or public purpose.
Badge Visibility: To ensure the synchronised flow and accurate matching of our events, every participant is required to wear their assigned Badge Number visibly on their clothing throughout the entire event until departure. Holding the badge in your hand, placing it in a pocket, or obscuring it from public view is strictly prohibited. If a participant's clothing prevents chest placement, they must attach the badge autonomously to a visible area of their clothing (including, but not limited to, their collar or waistband), provided the Badge Number remains highly visible at all times.
Asset Return and Mandatory Checkout: To protect the Company's operational materials and ensure the successful processing of our matching process, every participant is required to formally checkout with the Host before departing the venue. The participant must return their assigned clipboard, matching sheet, pen, and badge to the Host.
Enforcement: and Proportional Penalties: To ensure absolute consistency and safety, violations of these rules are subject to a strict, proportional penalty system in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Severe violations (such as aggressive behaviour, harassment, or unauthorised photography) result in immediate physical removal from the venue, ticket forfeiture, and a permanent, non-reversible lifetime booking and attendance restriction across our European network. Refusal to comply with the Badge Visibility Rule results in on-site removal, ticket forfeiture, and a 90-day booking suspension. Failure to return Company-provided clipboards, pens, or badges at checkout results in a flat 25 € / 25 CHF Replacement Fee automatically charged to your card on file and the suspension of your booking privileges.

5. Discreet Contact Exchange

To maintain a low-pressure environment, connections are primarily made through our official matching system. We only facilitate the exchange of first names and email addresses between mutual matches. Mutual match results are delivered privately via email within 48 hours of the event in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Direct exchange of details on-site is permitted only upon clear, mutual, and verbal consent.

6. Digital Accessibility and Communication Integrity

To ensure the smooth operation of our professional community, attendees are required to ensure their digital contact channels (both email and the mobile phone number provided at checkout) are active and monitored. This ensures that all professional communications - including immediate ticket confirmations, match results, non-urgent logistical updates, and direct communications from the organiser - are received via email (please check your Spam/Junk folders regularly). Additionally, participants must keep their mobile phone lines active to receive urgent, last-minute logistical SMS alerts within 24 hours of the event, or for active punctuality and attendance checks on-site during the registration window, as established in our Terms & Conditions. Maintaining an active, reachable digital presence is a mandatory professional commitment to our community.

7. Respect for Operational Integrity

The choice of venue, the selection of event materials, the procedural execution of the event, and the arrival gastronomy and drink inclusions are specifically engineered to provide a safe and professional atmosphere for the community. Participants agree to respect these standardised operating procedures and the reservation-only nature of our community, as they are essential to maintaining the quality and ratio security of the event as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

8. Upholding the Protocol

The safety and integrity of our community are paramount. Any attendee who violates this protocol will be immediately removed from the event and prohibited from all future events. These decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final, resulting in the restriction of access and forfeiture of resources as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
